MY FIRST WORKING EXPERIENCE IN JAPAN AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME ABOUT THE AFRICAN YOUTH AND UNEMPLOYMENT

This experience brought me to the realisation that it’s not true that we don’t have much to offer as young people hence our inability to be gainfully employed as we have been made to believe. There’s a certain mindset or culture we’re being judged with that’s making us look like we’re good for nothings. We’ve always been told how things are done or have been, so we should comply but have we ever been asked how things can be done differently so we show what we can offer?
